The course is designed to teach students the basic techniques of prosthetic make-up: from work with a transfer make-up to create your own character with prosthetic appliances. Students will have the opportunity to be trained in a real special makeup studio and become familiar with the various techniques and materials (silicones, latexes, foam latex, PVA and other), popular in film and  television.

The course includes following issues: creating actors lifecast, sculpting, mold making, bald cap,  prosthetic make-up casting technology, applying and coloring.

Training mostly through demonstration, but the students will have the opportunity to get acquainted with all technologies and materials, and work with prosthetic make-up.

Professional make-up artists who wish to expand their skills and knowledge in the field of special / prosthetic make-up.


Participants must be 18 years or older, have a good understanding of English, Czech or Russian language, be trained in the field of arts and crafts as well.

The number of course participants is limited.
